「減壓情識」由青山醫院精神健康學院製作,旨在推廣精神健康及加深大眾對壓力管理的認識。你可透過程式了解自己的情緒變化,建立正向思維,從而更有效地應付日常生活所帶來的壓力。

「減壓情識」具有以下四大功能:

1.「我有壓力?」
一份由臨床心理學家及精神科醫生設計的問卷,評估你的壓力指數。

2.「鬆一口氣」
讓你於任何時間自由選擇情境及樂曲,在資深治療師的引導下,完成身心鬆弛的練習。

3.「心晴日記」
為你記錄每一天的生活點滴,以便了解自己的心情變化。日記以「正向心理學」的概念設計,鼓勵你用文字、音樂及相片去記錄每天令你開心的人和事。

4.「處理壓力基本法」
資深臨床心理學家及精神科醫生為你提供各種處理壓力的小貼士。

本流動應用程式只提供繁體中文版本。

“Stress Management DIY” developed by the Institute of Mental Health, Castle Peak Hospital aims to promote mental well being and to enhance people’s understanding of stress management. It allows you to know more about your own emotions and encourages positive thinking when facing stress in daily life.
