No audible timers, so you have to be looking at your device. The beginning workouts are too much for someone just starting off. Far too many ads. No charting if you decide to create your own workout. I've used it twice and will be deleting it for a better app. I do like the aesthetics of the app, but that doesn't help with my workout.

It is easy just to open the app and follow along as the built in timer counts down for you all the while letting you know what exercise is next. It also gives you 10 seconds to get ready for the next workout.

It works offline. That's the most important thing. They could however improve the voice instructions
