Terrible. Don't. Just don't. Before even navigating to see if the app is a good fit you are hounded by an unusual amount of ads, videos and asked to rate the app! No trial, so as if you can't try it for a few minutes without multiple ads, theyre asking to pay for something you CAN easily find for free elsewhere off the bat. I appreciate the tutorials and looks easy to navigate...but...you can't get passed the option to pick your printer brand to see if this app works for you without paying. No

This is horrible! 3rd time downloading it. Finally got the app to open. Trying to link my printer, and keep getting the "buy premium" add popping up. I'm just trying to print out 3 pages of medical docs. This is annoying. No help link or faq, either. EDIT: after spending way to much time on this, I guess the simplest pop up answer on the app could have been "your printer is not supported". I eventually, through loading an aditional app, found this out. I don't use it enough to buy a new one.

Literally let an advertisement post before you ever get into the app saying, "click here to create your account" without clearly warning you it is an ad. That is an easy way to have your information stolen if you aren't paying attention since they use HPs credibility. The link in the ad asked for my name, email, credit card, and to create a password. If you use one password for everything someone could easily take over your email too. This is flat up negligence on HP to allow the ad to be there.
