Completely stopped working yesterday. no camera feeds. Apparently they've stopped working globally. After a day they sent a notification saying it was fixed... it isn't. I have a baby monitor that doesn't work. No customer support at all. No refunds. We are now having to buy a different camera system for our baby because this one has apparently been abandoned.

I can't even use the camera app. It will not send me notifications and it keeps saying it can't load my device or my moments and saying unknown error code: -2. It worked for like 2 minutes when I reset my password and relogged in but then once I closed the app it stopped working again. This is how I check on my toddler at night without waking her so this needs fixed immediately. It works on my husband's phone but not mine.

This app is a nice upgrade from the previous versions, mostly because of the easy to find power button on each camera. I keep my cameras off unless actively using them and switching sleep mode on and off on the old app was a pain. The home page is definitely a bit cluttered with all the community posts, but your cameras are still front and center and easy to find. All in all an improvement.
