The Center's mindfulness app brings guided mindfulness exercises to your phone that accompany the Center's courses.
Guided Exercises
Body scan exercise, seated meditation, three-step breathing space, mindful walking and stretching, exercises for stressful situations, and bells for independent meditation. From three minutes to half an hour, depending on how much time you have.
Today
A screen that suggests one exercise for the day and remembers where you left off. If you interrupted the exercise, it continues from there.
Offline listening
You can download the exercise to your device and listen to it later without an internet connection — on the train, in the forest, wherever.
Courses
The dates of the eight-week course, retreat days, and Center workshops, with dates and times. Registration is done on the Center's website.
Notifications
If you include them, we'll let you know when a new course starts. Notifications are turned off until you turn them on yourself.
For course participants
Part of the exercises is intended for course participants and is opened with the code they receive during the course. Other exercises are available to everyone, without registration and without an account.
About the Center
Since 2014, more than 1,600 participants have taken the mindfulness course at the Center. The courses are led by psychologists and cognitive-behavioral therapists, certified instructors for the MBCT and MBCT-L programs.
The app doesn't ask for a login, it doesn't ask for your name or email address, and it doesn't track you.
