About this app

The latest release of the OTP SZÉP Card mobile app will help you keep easy track of your current balance and transactions, transfer advance, or check your unused balance of your benefits from two years ago; and the map search will help you find points of acceptance.
The application is available exclusively to the holders of an OTP SZÉP Card.

Already registered on our website?
You do not need to repeat your registration within the app if you already have an OTP SZÉP Portal (www.otpportalok.hu) account; once the authentication process is ready, you can log into the app with the same email address and password that you use for the Portal. For identification purposes, you will need your card number and birth date to start with. If your mobile phone is capable of fingerprint or facial recognition, you may also opt to use these functions for your subsequent logins.

If you have not registered yet you will need:
• the 16-digit number of your OTP SZÉP Card;
• your date of birth; and
• an active e-mail address.

After the submission of your card number and date of birth, please follow the subsequent steps offered by the application. During the registration process, you will need to submit your e-mail address and a password; then accept the Privacy Notice; and enter the confirmation code sent to your e-mail address. If your mobile phone is capable of fingerprint or facial recognition, you may also opt to use these functions for your subsequent logins.
Once you completed your registration, you may use the submitted e-mail address and password to log into the Portal as well.

I gave my CORRECT card number, yet the app said that there is no card registered with this number in the system. I also cannot request a new password because I get an error message saying that there is a technical issue. This app is worthless.

Could you please fix the app so that it doesn't create two separate instances upon launching? If I go into my task manager once it's launched there's a separate "app" just for the splash screen and another one with the actual app. Makes switching between apps quite bothersome. Thank you!

I cannot register, it keeps giving technical error. On two phones for two different cards. It sucks.
