You would think the developers would understand that this would need to be used immediately and would give it a full charge before leaving the factory. I guess that is just too much to expect from an offshore company. My relative might be dying and I need to wait 3+ hrs for the device to charge...so much fail. The covering to the Ian port was so flimsy it ripped off immediately.
Wasted an hour of my life trying to pair the Wave AM4 with my samsung S8. The device screen keeps prompting me to launch App v 1.3.7 which is no longer available. The application is already on version 3.5.2. I'm seriously regretting buying this product. Way too troublesome to bother any further.
Incredibly unreliable. Connects to my scale once a month at most, and even then it takes 12 reboots. The LCD on the scale also failed after 6 months
Very annoying idea to use the app in order to start. It doesn't connect the AM3 with my Huawei phone. Going tomorrow to bring it Back. If it was working without the need of the app No issues but it seems the developer was thinking something stupid....
Android Oreo upgrade breaks this app. Verified all requested permissions are granted. Reinstalled and verified devices are working on other phones.
I cant connect my ihealth BP5 device with the app. Im currently using Samsung Galaxy A5 2016. Appreciate if you could help.
