Worst App, I am trying to raise a claim, after uploading documents it's throwing error that patient name is mismatched as per records. Not sure why you make such a useless app. too much automation cannot give results. when I called customer care they asked me to update app and try. but still it's not working. waste of time.

These morons cancelled my health insurance saying that I did not pay the money. I emailed them the bank statement and I've been trying to chase them from last almost a month to resolve the issue. every time I called their customer support they said we have received your call back request and someone will reach out in 2 hours. I've been trying that for last 6 days but no one called back. Moreover the customer support is rude they just say we can't do anything you have to wait.

The OPD claim process in this app is very inconsistent. Sometimes the OPD option appears under File a Claim, and sometimes it doesn’t. I submitted a claim after adding and verifying my bank details, but it was rejected saying “no cross-check attached” and asked me to resubmit. When I tried to resubmit, the OPD option disappeared again. I raised multiple queries via mail but never got any proper response. Very poor user experience and support — needs urgent improvement.
