some features missing : making online Credit Card (Virual Credit card masterCard) for use for safe shopping in the internet. for buying from other websites , it is missing feature very important, was in the old BNI BANKING APP... and i need it in Wonder to do my business a lot. even after updated this app STILL THERE IS NO VIRTUAL CREDIT CARD FOR ONLINE SHOPPING, Please add it.

Hi Mr. AymPrtable04 B, we are sorry for the inconvenience. In the old app, there was a "BNI Debit Online" menu for the Virtual Card Number for debit cards. Currently, for online transactions, use your actual debit card number and you can check this first by calling BNI at 1500046 or +622130500046 (if calling from abroad). Tks. -CX Jason-

One of the best bank apps with a modern and simple design. However, there are some things that could be improved, one of which is the notification section, which could be made clearer. maybe make a special nata or clear notification, and notification of incoming money frequently it doesn't come in, it's confusing, you have to wait 24 hours for a notification to come in even though the money has come in. great app and it is very possible to make it more effective and efficient

i can't get my transaction receipt, i can't activate my biometric, the notification always delayed, i don't get any notification for my transaction.. the previous app was more helpfull than this one. the good things was only the design was good

Hi Mrs.Ria Astuti, sorry for the inconvenience. Notifications are sent for transactions of at least Rp 500,000. For biometric. make sure fingerprint/Face ID is enabled. To enable it: - In the top-left corner, tap "Profile" - Select "Account Security" - Swipe right - Tap "I Agree" - Enter your wondr PIN. Hopefully success. Thanks. -CX Anna-
