- User ID input.

- MPIN input.

Create MPIN which consists of 6 digit numbers, no default PIN (serial and twin numbers) and date of birth are not allowed.
Furthermore, Create a Transaction Password consisting of a combination of letters and numbers (8-12 characters), may not contain elements of the Customer's Name and is the same as the User ID

Suddenly some menus become unresponsive, like I tapped on the icon and nothing happened. Luckily for me, the unresponsive menus are the features I don't use much, such as balance checking, transfers, ans menu (this is a sarcastic remark). For sure this is not a hardware issue since I can use my phone just fine.

Hi Mr Deden R, sorry for the trouble you're having. Please restart the HP device first. In order for the login to run smoothly, please make sure the Android System Webview, Chrome App and the software used are of the updated version. Good luck. Thx -Vida-

It doesn't work! It worked fine before but now everytime I open, it will just crash and return to my home screen. There is no "other permission and start running in background" solution that was given by the admin, my phone's setting simply doesn't have it. I can't pay nor transfer easily now.. please fix this bug asap.

Hi Mr Lei Montana, sorry for the trouble you're having. Please restart the HP device first. Please do Clear Cache through the menu: - Settings - App Management - BNI Mobile New - Storage - Clear Cache - Do Uninstall - Reinstall again and activate from scratch Make sure the Android System Webview and Chrome App are up to date. Sucks! Only works properly for basic feature, but truly awful for updating or topping up Tapcash balance. Just got failed for the third time, so I need to contact CS for complaint. A feature is made and developed for applicability and and useful, not for working improperly over time!
