All of a sudden I can't access the app and my assets because I have dev options enabled? Even though I barely have any of them enabled and they are mostly for convenience and accessibility reasons? What a customer-hostile approach. No other bank app I use does this. Looks like I will have to look elsewhere for my banking needs. Edited to add: can't even send an incident report because the screenshot upload button does nothing. What a joke. FINAL EDIT: Congrats on losing a customer!

Unreliable app It always have connection problem especially when I am at cashier and about to pay. the problem is I have a good and stable connection and had no such issue using other mobile banking app such garbage app 👎 edit: I did contact the Care Team and all they can offer is either blaming my internet connection, ask me to update the app and ask for screen recording of the error I did all three and they return with no solution, keeps giving my basic generic suggestion and no further help

will give 1 star for now, and move all my saving to other banks until superbank fix the restriction on developer mode, even other bank apps not this agressive on blocking developer mode. overall the apps ux BECAME really bad with this restriction. im curious the tought process of this decision to block entire developer option? on the help center previously it only restrict the usb debugging
