I downloaded this app because it's connection to OVO, but my my... I can't get OTP every time. Maybe I blocked its sms in the past, no idea. Tried to call CS, but the problem was not solved instead it drained my balance. I gave up this app, seabank and Krom are much easier and reasonable I guess.

Hi Super Friend, sorry for the inconvenience. If you haven’t received the OTP, please ensure your phone number is active, airplane mode is off, try clearing the cache, and restart your phone. If the issue persists, please send your registered number and provider you use in email care@superbank.id. We hope your issue is quickly resolved.

The UI are user friendly and this app is highly focused in Saving and Banking which is a good side but also a bad side (because there are no other feature and there are also no debit card) and as an additional suggestion, please do not add the decimal number behind the balance amount, other than that this app is recommended

I have been experiencing the app for so long and loving it! But there's one problem I'm currently facing, it is the inability of the app to be used for quite some time now. I couldn't even open the app, let alone using it for transactions. It's been going for 2 - 3 days, and I'm in need of the money in the app. Please help me.
