Very slow customer support I had been asking since 11:11 and 30 minutes had passes still no response. And my money still hasn't entered my account.

this app make it very easy to send money to my home country with affordable fees. very recomended.

I've been using this since last year and at first it was nice but then whenever I open, it shows "updating" and the process usually take a very long time. Like loooong time. Sending money on my registered beneficiary account is fast but when i do it with other people or newly registered one it takes long time. I have sent money yesterday and until now it hasnt arrived yet. I cant check the problem and inform the customer service because it is "updating" and it's taking a really long time.
