There's no transparency on why is my profile application was rejected, on the email there's only "you are rejected" statement without elaboration. Don't bother going to contact the CS due to the respond time is so bad, 2 days minimum for a question. If you see their reply on this, they say I can't know what's the problem due to "security reason", it's just a bad policy, stop doing that if you really want to help students. Don't put "easy process" as your promotion. Just use Kredivo, it's easier

this aplication only have a full support for famed campus, that wasn't include some of the unfamous one. so check your campus name if that doesn't appear on the campus selection when registering your account. that mean you can't use this app to support your own things yet. but I'm really hope they can coverings all the campus list in Indonesia, at least every campus on jabodetabek has fully listed on. because so many students (especially me) that will be helped with this apps. best regards

it's so inconvenient when i can't use the late version just for checking my virtual account billing. I was already at the ATM center when the app told me to do an update. I got no signal to do it so I must delay the payment until next time.
