Cool new look/design, but can't view non-addon/selective menu description anymore, clicking menu adds 1 to cart instead of showing popup/description. Annoying popup every menu add. Forced checkout popup (not even click on notification), even with EMPTY cart. Honestly, ordering on old design (web version) is much cleaner and comfortable, why change already good design?

Turned out this apps has caused the back fire for its internal team. The apps can't show the customer's phone number and it was a difficult situation for them to contact the customer if there's an order that isn't available based on the purchase. They need the thrid party (courrier) to contact the customer. Please be aware that not all the driver has credit (pulsa) to call the customer. And u can't blame the driver for that. You own the apps, but u ask someone else to call cust. Hillarious!

Don't ever try delivery through this app. Status said that food is delivered. But the food is not there. Taking 30 mins to get the driver contact from the customer service. Contacted the driver, and he's in the location that is very far away exceeding the destination delivery location. Doesn't make any sense at all. Almost 2 hrs now and I still don't get the food
