I availed the new member (signing-up) discount, but I waited for more than 30minutes for the bill-out ticket. DONT EVER OFFER DISCOUNT if the return is I have to wait, SUCH A WASTE OF TIME! Without discount, billing ticket is fast! Restaurant: Pizza Ebarra, CITOs branch.

Turned out this apps has caused the back fire for its internal team. The apps can't show the customer's phone number and it was a difficult situation for them to contact the customer if there's an order that isn't available based on the purchase. They need the thrid party (courrier) to contact the customer. Please be aware that not all the driver has credit (pulsa) to call the customer. And u can't blame the driver for that. You own the apps, but u ask someone else to call cust. Hillarious!
