Turned out this apps has caused the back fire for its internal team. The apps can't show the customer's phone number and it was a difficult situation for them to contact the customer if there's an order that isn't available based on the purchase. They need the thrid party (courrier) to contact the customer. Please be aware that not all the driver has credit (pulsa) to call the customer. And u can't blame the driver for that. You own the apps, but u ask someone else to call cust. Hillarious!

Must use this app for ordering foods during events held by Ismaya. The fact that this is the only method for purchase, it's really inconvenient. The apps were slow, especially when there were many people using the app. Usually, internet connection will also be an issue during events which made the experience using this app to be negative. Operationally also prone to error, since the order wasn't updated correctly by vendors. App itself seems fine, but hard to use given the circumstance.

The Ismaya+ app made my WeTheFest 2024 experience absolutely unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, the app's seamless navigation and real-time updates kept me informed and excited. The interactive map helped me explore all the stages and food stalls effortlessly. The personalized schedule feature ensured I didn't miss any of my favorite acts. Plus, the app's exclusive content and live streams were a fantastic bonus. Ismaya+ truly enhanced my festival experience. Highly recommend it to anyone
