difficult to use. especially the e meterai part. no guidance

Takes so long and so much hasle just to verify the data. And when you want to upload the signature from the phone, instead of changing the permission from the app, it requires us to go into the phone setting. Sorry. Its just a NO NO for me. Uninstall right away.
