The app takes ages to recognize my card when I hold it to the phone. When it fails, which is almost always, it just says 'something went wrong', which gives the user no indication of how to fix it. Very unreliable, very poor user experience and ultimately very hard to use the app to top up your Leap card, which I believe defeats the purpose.

I've ā¬63.50 on my card and need ā¬70 to buy my multipass ticket(from a private bus operator as there is no public service). No matter what i do on the "add credit" screen, the value stays at 0.00 - turning the dial does not change the figure, clicking on the figure in the middle of the screen brings up a keypad but nothing i enter updates the figure. Very poor.

Barely works, and almost never on mobile data. If you are connected to a very good WiFi network maybe you are lucky and it works as expected. The app reads the card without problem, but then start to transfer data (how much data an app like this need to use!!!?) and most of the times, after long waiting, it says that something went wrong ...
