This app is a lesson on "What is a memory leak?" - The longer you use this app, the more decayed it gets, it gets slower and slower and slower until eventually it fails to remember your saved routes, fails to make it past the payment stage, and on a number of occasions simply fails to activate your ticket. Seperate to this, app has incredible amount of slowdown and load times on every single option and dropdown- there has to be a more streamlined way of ordering bus tickets via app than this.

Difficult app to get the hang of, one particular reason is that you need to know the route number before even starting to purchase your ticket but that entails looking up the TFI Live app or just searching online. This app only shows the route number, not the names of the start/end points. Quite finicky when it comes to purchasing tickets too, it can take several attempts to buy a ticket because of error messages coming up for no apparent reason.

As a necessary service, it does its job fine. As a functional app, it's held together with strings and wishes. If you make the mistake of selecting your route, start and end points before your ticket type (single, double, 10 journey), then you'll have to go through re-selecting the route and your destination. In addition, it's unimaginably slow for any single action and while you're intended to only sign in once a week, there are times I've had to sign in two or three times a day.
