An app is a good idea but I don't appreciate it logging me out right as the bus comes. This has happened on more than one occasion and left me scrambling, even after having a preactivated activated ticket on me. Additionally, it takes multiple login attempts, as it faultily leads me to an email composing page instead of authenticating. Edit: would give 0/5 if I could. Completely unreliable. Just says "We are sorry... Unexpected error when authenticating with identity provider"

Unusable, doesn't let you buy a ticket for 30 minutes then buy all attempts all at once. Now you have 10 tickets for the same bus, great. But here's the catch, the app logs you out and never lets you back in. The email is not linked to an account. The same email address that you got countless Payment Verification. Joke.

The idea of having a ticket lasting a certain amount of time is incredibly good and I hope we'll all transition to this model. Having said this, the app definitely need more work. 1) Need to integrate GPay for fast purchase 2) The interface is confusing now, I never remember where I can buy a ticket for Cork, too many choices (Cork single, Cork 2 journey, Cork 10 journey, they are all the same price just sell "single" and add "quantity")
