While it's still a new app under development, the children's progress from the parent app needs to transfer over. My son has been a member since Cotswold opened a year ago and the app says he been there less than a month. When a profile from the old app signs in, ALL of the progress should have came with it. Also, I genuinely dislike that the class pictures will no longer be in the app. I DO like access to the kidstrong shop!

absolute garbage! –want to change a class? when you *unbook* it, consider yourself lucky to get a credit back. –unbook multiple classes at once? you might get a credit or two, then none. You'll be forced to repeatedly call your location requesting credits back. –they also book you into weekly classes for the next 4, 5, 6+ months, without your permission, forcing you to call to cancel classes so you can use your credits how you'd like. –it's too bad, as the coaches at our center were phenomenal

App needs a UI overhaul. Children should be a sub-account under the parent. All membership information should be transferred to the membership tab. Currently, to see your credits and membership, you'd have to click on the profile of the child. A slightly detailed history of the sessions would be helpful like who were the coaches that day and a section where you can download any pictures taken that day would be nice.
