Did not appreciate needing to download the app and create an account just to sign a waiver. This should have been told to us earlier so we know that we need to provide our personal data in order to go rock climbing. Since we had no choice but to book and pay beforehand we all had to either provide our personal data or forfeit the cost.

Great school, great coaches. Theresa is really caring for younger ones. I can't wait to bring our son back to the school when he feels confident to do so.

Totally unnecessary. Waste of time and just a way of chasing customers away!
