Very bad experience. I have not even used the Animal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. app, yet on 10/08/2026, ₹299 was deducted twice from my account through Auto Payment, totaling ₹598. I authorized only one payment. It has been 30 days since I raised the complaint, but I have received neither a response nor a refund. Please refund my ₹598 immediately and stop the Auto Payment.

I had bought a plan of 700 rs for selling animal with guarantee of 3 days money back if not sold. I haven't received refund for same. It's now 20 days gone I'm trying to contact customer care. No customer care number listed on app or in help section or on website. You cannot contact animall customer support for any issue. Worst app ever.

I subscribed to the ₹1 trial, but ₹998 was auto-debited through AutoPay. I have not used the subscription at all. I have requested a refund and hope the team resolves this issue quickly. Please improve transparency around trial subscriptions and auto-renewal.
