Not faithful What BSNL offers it does not provides to the customers. There was a offer from May 2015 that from 9pm to 7 am morning there would be know charges for talking, and also we had no calls in the day time, but still the bill was of 2700 rupeess. And the worse part is that the customer service is extremely bad. They all the time cut the calls. I am mentioning these things since no ones listen to it.
What a terrible app! The first thing it does is ask your phone number. It can't get it from the device? It can't figure out that it's a BSNL SIM? Then it asks the same number again on every screen. I have to create a ”account" on every sub activity. Ridiculous! And then there is nothing I can actually do with my account .I thought I could set up voicemail using the app. I can't. In fact still searching on how to accomplish something as basic as setting up voice mail.
More bugs than previous versions More bugs than previous versions, dear team I know handling govt project is hard. But even if no update or upgrade. We users expect stable versions to use. Am using honor 4x, marshmallow os. Kindly test it once again. App closes whenever try to open.
Utter Waste of time Do not update your old app. I updated with so much of expectations. But waste of time. The older version was better. None of the options work for me. I cannot add my account too, whenever selecting for checking bill or usafe it is closing automatically. Pls correct it immediately.
Misguiding Recharge Offers I wanted to recharge my Haryana gsm no. It was showing RC319= 400 minutes for 28 days . Actually it is RC 319= 900+ minutes for nearly 2 months. Also recharge codes for recharge through SMS are not shown.
I had been successfully paying my landline bills through this app. Unfortunately it has stopped working. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but the problem persists. I get " unfortunately MyBSNL has stopped" message and the app shuts down.
