Most useless User interface and usability. Not updated. Wherever we go, it asks to add account even after adding it earlier. I can't see my mobile usage details. There's no option to see what's my current plan and balance. I was thinking BSNL might have improved, but it's my mistake. They always take customer for granted. HOPELESS & PATHETIC!

Not able to change plans through BSNL application. After clicking on the Change Plan option, the loader starts to spin, and it's never ending. Plans are also not showing.

App is outdated. I have recharged my fiber yet it's not been updated since 17 days. It's keep saying -17 days recharge due. I called the customer care and he told me that it will be fixed but it's been more than 18 days still it's showing the same.
