A gang of frauds. I put up my phone for sale, completed the tests and gave information regarding the current status of my phone. The app gives promise of pick-up and instant payment. My location is in a good educational area. But, I got call from the customer support team saying pick-up and instant cash is not possible. I will have to first courier my mobile. I instantly denied this fraud proposition. The reason officially provided for the rejection was that the product did not meet criteria.

In my case It was a good experience selling my phone, it was hassle free and quick. Thanks for the support. I have a suggestion for the company to also start purchasing old laptops if possible. The price offered was also good for my old phone.

Pretty bad customer support contact system. They don't pick up the call. I had to try for many times then once they pickup. But the customer service is nice. It's just the contacting system's very bad. And they had sent third party delivery services so there was a lot of problems in order to pick up the phone for me and for the delivery person also.
