Pretty bad customer support contact system. They don't pick up the call. I had to try for many times then once they pickup. But the customer service is nice. It's just the contacting system's very bad. And they had sent third party delivery services so there was a lot of problems in order to pick up the phone for me and for the delivery person also.

Terrible experience with this app. They initially quoted one price, but when the representative arrived, they reduced it to half without any valid reason. My phone was in good condition with no scratches, yet they still lowered the price. The representative also took multiple screenshots and shared them with the parent company without proper explanation. To make matters worse, they left without any clear communication or resolution. This app is a complete waste of time. Avoid it!

The app is just a waste of time. They don't even have a proper service for pickup in the city. They accepted my order initially after entering the address. Later, after doing all the diagnosis, their team rejected the pickup, simply stating that they don't have services in my area. It should have been notified on the app while taking the order (when the adress is fetched). Request anyone using this app not to rely on this scam, you will simply end up wasting your time.
