Total fraud, if your phone is flawless, they say we will still put as minor scratches and reduce price on pickup. On top the pick up person is rude and reckless. Do not risk selling to them, as the value shown is notional and mostly wrong. They find ways to reduce under any circumstances. Such a waste of time. Their customer care almost unreachable.

Pretty bad customer support contact system. They don't pick up the call. I had to try for many times then once they pickup. But the customer service is nice. It's just the contacting system's very bad. And they had sent third party delivery services so there was a lot of problems in order to pick up the phone for me and for the delivery person also.

The service is useless, I feel like abusing Cashify. It has been more than 7 days since I placed the order, till now there has been no pickup, neither the agent has visited nor called. I had placed my first order, that too was cancelled and the reason given was that the customer was not available.
