You will find a fitness assessment test - Fit500 - which measures your cardiorespiratory fitness in 500 seconds and allows us to analyze your current fitness level. The test score is then used to design workout plans that suit your current fitness level the best!
We provide many training and nutrition tools to understand more about you so that you get closer to your fitness goal in the most safest and engaging way, through workout plans that are exclusive to you!
The app includes GPS tracking, home workouts, running and walking training plans. We primarily create the following plans for our users:
- Training for races and completing various long distance running programmes (including the marathon distance) and beating your personal best.
