I used to be a loyal customer, so I bought a membership and placed a 3k order in December. Sadly, it’s been a terrible experience. The delivery agent never called, yet tracking falsely claimed I caused a delivery failure. The items were returned, and three months later, I still have no refund. Customer service ignores my emails. Taking money with zero support feels like a scam. I highly advise looking elsewhere.

It is a scam, plain and simple. I received an unsealed product that looked like it had been used. Waiting since 18 days for another part of the order, which they keep messaging me will be delivered by Feb 20-21, a date range that has come and gone 10 days ago. The product hasn't even been shipped from the warehouse yet, and they still don't have any option to cancel the product. I tried e-mailing them, but the address provided on their app was invalid. This is the tip of the iceberg.

The app showed different delivery time period before and after placing the order( 2 days before placing the order and 6-7 days after placing the order). So, immediately had to cancel the order, which wasn't even packed by that time, now Foxy has put the cancellation on hold and isnt refunding the amount. Also, customer service is horrible. They blank call.
