The earlier version of the app was better, but now there's no product search option. Many products are not even available anymore. I don't know what went wrong with the app, but most of the products and coupons are useless. Many Korean products are not suitable for Indian skin requirements. The app interface is also not user friendly.

There were negative star ratings I would happily rate it a good -1 out of everything 😀 this app is a scam!! totally scam! An expired cosmetic product was delivered to me through this app. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response from customer support for over 7 days. This raises serious concerns about product quality checks and consumer safety. Expecting better responsibility from a skincare platform.

such a disgusting app.. I placed an order and had to cancel it for some reason a few hours later. they Said my order is put on hold but no update since more than 2 days. I've emailed u, sent numerous call back requests but no reply. At last this is the only way to bring this concern infrint of everyone.
