About this app

BLO App (erstwhile known as GARUDA App) is a dedicated Mobile App for BLOs for performing their tasks digitally. Following are the main features of BLO App:
a) Checklist/Field Verification of Forms
b) Collection of AMF (Assured Minimum Facility) /EMF (Extended Minimum Facility)
c) Capturing of GIS co-ordinates of Polling Stations.
d) Update of Photos of Polling Stations
e) Form Submission on behalf of Electors
f) House to House Verification

I am a BLO, and this app is extremely frustrating to use. The back button works automatically on its own, which causes serious issues while filling forms. Because of this problem, I had to fill a single Form 6 multiple times. It wastes a lot of time and effort. This is unacceptable for an official app that we depend on for important work. Please fix this issue immediately and improve the server stability. A better and more reliable system is urgently needed.

latest update is a burden on BLO. upload image from gallery option is removed. earlier i use to capture photos of voters in the day and in evening or early morning i use to fill forms as per my convenience. now i have to either fill the form on the spot or i have to collect hard copy of passport size photos which people don't have usually or are outdated

Gender Statistics->Electors List. The search option doesn't work properly. If you accidentally type the last letter wrong while searching for something, you have to delete the entire letter and type it again. This is a big problem.
