About this app

BLO App (erstwhile known as GARUDA App) is a dedicated Mobile App for BLOs for performing their tasks digitally. Following are the main features of BLO App:
a) Checklist/Field Verification of Forms
b) Collection of AMF (Assured Minimum Facility) /EMF (Extended Minimum Facility)
c) Capturing of GIS co-ordinates of Polling Stations.
d) Update of Photos of Polling Stations
e) Form Submission on behalf of Electors
f) House to House Verification

Not able to use the camera to take photos while using the app for work requirements. Works well when signing in and using other phones but doesn't work here , every time I try to use camera it throws me back to the homepage of the feature I am trying to use in the app. for example when trying to take photos to fill some forms it throws back to the beginning of the form filling and doesn't work properly

draft application couldn't be processed. it's continuously processing. After completing the form, I am getting an error while submitting the file. The app shows “400 null” error . when I submit form 6. All details are filled correctly, but the process does not complete and the file cannot be submitted. Because of this technical issue, the EPIC/ID work is getting stuck. Please fix this server/technical error as soon as possible. Very disappointing experience.

The current photo capture experience is not satisfactory. When tapping the capture button, the phone often shakes, causing fail to capture. I recommend adding an auto-capture feature that takes a photo automatically when the camera detects that the face is properly aligned. Alternatively, providing a simple photo upload option, similar to the EF form upload process, would be very helpful. These improvements would significantly benefit BLOs by fillup the form.
