I have taken a loan 2 times and repaid on time... After closing the loan, when I am applying for a new loan, it is showing that the criteria do not match... This is a really bad app. First of all, the interest rate is so high and on top of that the tenure is short... Still, we are forced to take it when we need to.. After closing the loan on the due date, your app repeatedly showed another loan offer and encouraged me to apply again. However, after submitting the application and waiting for processing, the loan gets rejected without any proper reason or explanation. This has happened multiple times and is causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Please don't take loan from here intrest is very high and also they will take your details and will not approve loan They say it is not our problem, loan is rejected by the computer. And also very unprofessional staff they have one wil say loan is under process and other will say u won't get the loan until I have a good credit score , 745 is not enough for them
