Collection and prices are good but the service is really really disappointing. I have ordered many clothes for my daughter and bought gifts for others too from hopscotch but suddenly they blocked me saying I returned non hopscotch item which is not true at all. How they can just directly block a regular customer without confirming anything. I tried to convince to unblock me as the reason the mentioned was incorrect but didn't get any further response from them. So so disappointing!!!!

This is my first time ordering from your store.According to the tracking details, the package reached my nearest location 6 days ago, but it has still not been delivered to me.I tried contacting the phone numbers provided, but unfortunately, no one answered my calls. After multiple attempts, I managed to find and contact your head office. I was informed that the product might have been misplaced.The delay and lack of response have caused significant inconvenience.

such a third class app...their is no source of contact to heads of app. I ordered a product and requested for exchange and now they gave date of delivery of exchanged product and receive 1st product but their is no tracking showing to me for both product and unable to talk to anyone regarding this issue. I have mailed many time but didn't got any response.
