Collection and prices are good but the service is really really disappointing. I have ordered many clothes for my daughter and bought gifts for others too from hopscotch but suddenly they blocked me saying I returned non hopscotch item which is not true at all. How they can just directly block a regular customer without confirming anything. I tried to convince to unblock me as the reason the mentioned was incorrect but didn't get any further response from them. So so disappointing!!!!

Customers beware, Nearly 80% of the time, they ship used products without tags Check thoroughly and return them immediately. I've completely lost trust because of the endless hassle receiving worn items and sending them back every time. Not sure when they gonna actually address this issue. That said, the few new ones I received were honestly of good quality.

" Worst Experience "- order placed and payment done.. order was supposed to be delivered on 27th .. There was no contact from the delivery partner but the status has been updated as " delivery attempted " . raised a query regarding the issue and I was assured that delivery would be done within 24 hours which was on 28th . Really disappointed as I have not yet recieved my purchase and there is no option for cancellation and refund also.. Worst experience would not recommend
