They maintain hush-hush at return policy. All of a sudden when I was trying to login, I got error message as "your account has been blocked". The reason was, I returned "more" than buying. They never mentioned in the return policy that you have 50% limit of purchased items as returnable but they can share your kids images in Instagram even if that dress was bought from "blocked account". If you think you can sustain this way, mind it your competitors are way more humble and intelligent.

Collection and prices are good but the service is really really disappointing. I have ordered many clothes for my daughter and bought gifts for others too from hopscotch but suddenly they blocked me saying I returned non hopscotch item which is not true at all. How they can just directly block a regular customer without confirming anything. I tried to convince to unblock me as the reason the mentioned was incorrect but didn't get any further response from them. So so disappointing!!!!

Worst shopping app I had ever used. I had ordered my material a week ago and still it is showing at the same location where it was on day 1 and now they are saying that we'll have to reorder the same which will again take almost a week. Very frustrating and useless app.
