Ratings and reviews

Collection and prices are good but the service is really really disappointing. I have ordered many clothes for my daughter and bought gifts for others too from hopscotch but suddenly they blocked me saying I returned non hopscotch item which is not true at all. How they can just directly block a regular customer without confirming anything. I tried to convince to unblock me as the reason the mentioned was incorrect but didn't get any further response from them. So so disappointing!!!!

You get attracted by the pictures on the app because they are edited and look very appealing. But when the actual item is delivered, the quality is very poor. Every time I’ve ordered, I had to return the product. There’s no proper brand value, most of the items seem like cheap, unbranded Chinese products with low-quality clothing.

There is a good range of collections and a variety of dresses.However the app usage is not user friendly. To view a product I feel it is very difficult and more strain to hands.on clicking the product the detailed view options are available in vertical scrolling way and couldn't view the full product which also hides the size of the product.
