Ratings and reviews

Downgraded from 4 star to 2 star especially because they removed tradingview technical chart which was very very user friendly and switched it with their own indmoney technical chart, a cheap replica of tradingview. Raised a ticket multiple times but the problem wasn't resolved, the only answer I get is that they can't help me right now as there is a technical issue. Now their is another feature called Mind which is commendable but occupies extra space in the chart, it should be put elsewhere.

I've been using the app without issues while monitoring and later investing in stocks. Recently, the app flagged my device as rooted or compromised, despite it running stock firmware with no modifications. Please clarify the basis for this and how to resolve it. Also, the app should provide a built-in report option-- relying on the Play Store for support isn't practical. A proper ticketing system is needed.

Update: They followed up and resolved my issue, which was a deactivated account. Still, the app’s flow could improve by showing accurate errors like “account frozen” instead of unclear messages. Suddenly, it asks for p_zip and redirects to my profile, yet offers no option to upload documents—making IPO filing impossible. Pathetic. Confusing elements exist due to excessive information, but it’s their job to present it well. I urge Angel One to expand and diversify the content across Videos.
