LocDoc is a simple and secure platform designed to streamline outpatient (OPD) workflows for clinics, doctors, staff, and patients. Built for India’s micro-clinics and small practices, LocDoc helps reduce waiting room crowding, improves communication, and makes OPD visits more organized.

LocDoc is not a healthcare provider, not an emergency service, and not a substitute for professional medical care. We only act as a digital facilitator between patients and registered clinics/doctors.

⭐ AI Features (Optional & Consent-Based)

LocDoc offers optional AI-assisted document insights.
This works only when the patient explicitly consents, uploads the file themselves, and chooses to share it with the doctor. No hidden file usage and no background uploads.

⭐ Data Safety & Privacy

1.Secure authentication using phone + OTP
2.Encrypted storage and protected access during rest and transit.
3.No public access to storage buckets , only short lived signed URLs.
4.Files are visible only to the patient and the doctor they choose to share with and vice versa .
5.Role-based access for patients, doctors, clinic owners, and staff.
6.Online consultation Video calls are processed through cloud flare and recordings are automatically deleted within 7 days , The consent for this is explicitly captured during booking .
7.Payments are processed via Razorpay and we don't store any card information ourself.
8.Doctor Bank Account number & IFSC code is requested only for online consultation settlement after deducting our platform fees .
9.Location permission is used only to show nearby clinics and doctors.
10.Notification permission is used only for sending appointment remainders.
11.Camera,Files access is used only during file/photo uploads
12.Microphone , camera (front&back) access is used only during online consultation
