Ratings and reviews

The app isn't as smooth as it should be. For a few medicines it shows the option of prescription needed for adding it to the cart but even after adding the prescription multiple times it just doesn't gets through the cart. This whole exercise is so frustrating in the first place as prescription is ultimately needed for such medicines anyway at the time of checkout. The medicine stock too isn't updated on the App, at times I get a call after ordering that the medicine isn't available.

One can buy generic or cheap medicines or supplements in very good price from here. They also have some branded medicines which are available with huge discounts. The process of ordering and tracking is very much easy and user friendly. They charge a delivery fee for order below Rs. 1000, but even after that the average cost remains very low. Very good experience till now.

Very Impressive Experience! I had ordered medicines from Medbuzz and I was not sure if I'll get the medicines of composition as same as the branded ones or not... After delivery, I was overwhelmed! Medbuzz provides generic medicine at a very very reasonable cost! There's one suggestion I would like to share with Medbuzz is to add an option in the app interface to edit/modify the items in the order, so that it'll be more convenient for customers to add more items in the same order.
