Absolutely terrible company. I wanted to order medicines, but these guys don't actually show the price of the order and trick customers into placing the order on their website. Whats more, they then send confirmation email that order can't be cancelled, they don't allow to cancel order on the website and their phone number contact is fully bot, so you can't cancel order on the phone also

Horrible experience. After a video consultation, the doctor confirmed that the prescription had already been shared, but it was not available on the app. This has happened to me several times. To make matters worse, the help and support center is entirely AI-based and does not provide any meaningful assistance in resolving the issue. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would recommend considering other online healthcare apps instead.

Ordering medicine from medibuddy became horrible. Every order is getting delayed. Medicine order should be handled properly because this is a sensitive matter. For the last few times, I was unable to complete my medicine course because of delivery delay. Also, this app does not have a chat or customer support option. Once the order is placed there is no option for cancellation. Most worse experience ever.
