It lags every time I tried to login, not able to download policy ID's, network hospital list!
On 7th april i i have sent document for reimbursement ..till time no update ..and the worst thing ..customer care call ..I think they are my boss and they are paying me ...for small document which is not mendetory mediclaim can be on hold ..or reject really ..in past i have Bajaj alainz which is smooth and time trusted ..it's better to quite media assist policy..
Nice app it shows all details but very very bad thing about this app almost after every few days it keeps on asking for update. U really need to work on it
Very bad software. Asked to enter forgot password and when tried to reset the password through the link sent to my mail id, it never resets. Again asking for the password. Very poor.
unable to download policy document also it is not showing any details of Beneficiary and policy covered.
App is good, but uploading of claim docs did not work in previous version. have to check now.
