Ratings and reviews

An app which isn't trustworthy. Everytime I upload the claim documents, it shows tha the claim has been generated successfully with all documents. However, by the time the insurance/claims team starts reviewing the documents, none of the documents except the claim form is available on the portal. It's not the first time. It happens every single time. Very frustrating to deal with such an app.

The whole process was really smooth and convenient. Medibuddy made it super easy to book and track my pre-employment medical test. The app is user-friendly, and I didn’t face any issues. The hospital coordination was also great, and everything went on time. Overall, a hassle-free and professional experience. Highly recommend!

Poor application and poor customer support. Every time I have made a payment with this application, it shows payment failed, but I receive a successful payment email. Then I have to call their customer support team, share the payment email, and then I can talk to a doctor, but not the one I booked, as they are no longer available. A random doctor is assigned instead.
