Please instruct your team to sanction the bills correctly. I think they are well trained to decline and reduce any kind of reimbursements. I got reimbursement of rs 21000 against claim of 55000. What is the reason. Your online people are not cooperative at all. And it takes min 15 minutes to connect your call centre. Please improve your service and quality of reimbursement. Dnt throw bogus replies. You dnt deserve even 1 star.
Their rembusment process is very annoying all the documents have been submitted still it shows pending documents. And their tie up with one of the very good hospital has been cancelled by the hospital claiming they don't settle the payment with the hospital in time. As a result of that hospital has revoked cashless facility with the firm. Hospital is CMC Vellore.

Sir, So many times I called customer care and send mails also ,they didn't respond. Last time mar'17 I sent claim to DHS they approved and continuity of same claim sep'17 I sent to medi buddy they rejected ,reason is this claim not under domiciliary treatment. compare to this, DHS is very better
Today I have an appointment in Max cure hospital with Dr. S K jaiswal. I booked appointment through medi buddy but the people in Max cure hospital telling that they don't accept online services. Can you imagine how ridiculous is that? I wasted my precious time to visit Max cure hospital. If any one is planning to visit any hospital through medi buddy. Think twice before going. I faced this issue.
Just terrible. Can not retrieve claims. Will return date as 01012000. Useless app that needs plenty of authentication alone. Claims will get declined as per their wish, no transparency, no point of contact, no explanations, call customer care and stay in line for an hour yet won't be able to speak to executive. Hate it.
