Worst experience ever. They've charged for subscription but didn't activate it. When I informed them the issue through mail they simply replied it's our policy deduct the money after trial end & it's non refundable. After that I've told them I don't want a refund just activate my subscription but they're beating around the bush saying we've already answered your query now we're closing the ticket. I've never experienced such bad customer service in my life. Don't be deceived.

I paid just 1 for the trial, but without any proper information or clear warning, they automatically deducted ₹699 from my account. No message, no confirmation, nothing. Their refund policy doesn't exist, and customer support is basically unreachable. Once you enable Autopay, after just one day they deduct the full amount without any notification. There is no proper support for refund or cancellation. This feels completely unfair and misleading almost like a scam. I don't trust this app at all
