I wish it was more clear that yeah, no PC computer needed but you -DO- need another device. Which these days, devices ARE computers. If you can connect to your phone's own Hotspot, well doing that eluded me, guess I'm dumb or perhaps the app could use better instructions.

You don't need a PC, if you use wireless debugging to configure Shizuku.
