Ratings and reviews

(Forgot password plus phone lost issue) Now you can't access swiggy partner app anymore. Add e-mail option for Login OTP which will be very very very convince for the users if the phone number can't be access or if phone gets lost. can't login because of phone lost at the moment have to wait for few day's to get e-mail back from the swiggy. and there is bug problem on showing the correct payout amount.

The app is constantly getting logged out and it's irritating. Today got an order, and the preparation time was 30 min, it automatically marked Ready within 3min. the delivery person had to wait longer. I cannot stay logged in and it's irritating. please find a solution (new update) and clear it fast as soon as possible

2000 rupees deducted in the name of ads, didn't get a single order from it. When I called POC he tried to upsell at 9000 rupees ads package, without giving any reason why the previous ad didn't perform, inspite of questioning almost 10 times he still tried to sell the package. I feel my POC is a salesman by Swiggy for selling ads and not to help the partner. Whenever 8 tried to contact him, i have never been able to reach him( Day or Night, Weekend or Weekdays). misuse of monopoly. stay away.
