Ratings and reviews

I would like to give Zero star rating if that was an option, the app shows huge discrepancy in amounts and P&L that will cost you severe loss in your investment & trading journey. The numbers shown in their screen are unreliable and are not accurate. If you trust those numbers and create strategies, you end up in loss. Their customer support is the worst. If you report an issue, you will get a ticket number, that too AI agent generated response and no way they are gonna resolve your problem.

I can't able to withdraw instant fund after 10:00 am(16-09-2026 no banking or trading holiday) without any taking trade or open position.... Earlier, the reason why I wasn't eligible for instant withdrawal used to be displayed, but not anymore... and the biggest joke is their toll-free customer care number, where you never get a response.

Very disappointed with Upstox. I am eligible for Instant Withdrawal, but the app incorrectly shows “not eligible.” Only after contacting support did I learn about a partner bank issue, with no prior notification. I have a family medical emergency and urgently need my funds, but support has provided no immediate solution or proper senior-level escalation. Extremely dissatisfied with the transparency, withdrawal process, and customer support.
