Ratings and reviews

Full of glitches and bugs 1. Add money fails and then you'll notice that the amount was added successfully after some time. in case you have retired in the meanwhile, congratulations, you have 2x or 3x amount of desired money to be invested (obviously your savings account is crying in a corner). 2. For buying, when I try to set the validity, voila. The screen is stuck there forever. I have to force close the app and now I'm not able to set the validity.

Third class app experience. Charges are deducted silently even when the account is inactive. Balances keep changing, wallet shows negative even after payment. Closing account is unnecessarily complicated. Waste of time and money. Avoid this app. I have already checked the ledger multiple times. The ledger shows no outstanding balance, but the wallet and account closure page still show a negative balance. This is clearly a system sync issue from your side.Even after paying the required amount

Upstox is really good for trading and the features like Trailing stop loss is extremely useful. (1) instant withdrawal facility should be available for weekends/holidays too (as similar to zerodha). (2) please enable the percentage level alerts for price alerts. Also for the same scrip, there should be multiple price alerts needs to be created at different price levels. (3) Kindly restore chart IQ Please try to include these features in next release.
