About this app
Warehaus Lab is the staff operations app for our hospitality group. It gives bar and restaurant teams one place to run the working day, from the shift roster to attendance, daily checklists and expense claims.
Access is by invitation only. Accounts are created by your manager - the app is not open for public sign-up, and it is intended for employees of venues using Warehaus.
WHAT YOUR TEAM CAN DO
Attendance
Clock in and out from your phone with GPS verification at the venue. View your own attendance history and request a correction if you forget to punch.
Roster and leave
See your published shifts for the week, request time off, and check your leave balance.
Tasks and checklists
Receive tasks assigned to you, work through daily opening and closing checklists, attach photos as proof, and submit for your manager's approval.
Recipes and menu
Look up cocktail specs, house preps and food dishes with measures, method and allergen information, kept up to date by your team.
Maintenance and breakage
Report a broken fixture or piece of equipment with photos, follow its progress, and log glassware breakage.
Expenses
Photograph a bill and let the app read the amount, merchant and date, then submit it for reimbursement and follow the approval.
Team and announcements
See who is on shift, read announcements from management, and get notified about approvals, shift changes and overdue work.
FOR MANAGERS
Build and publish the weekly roster, approve leave, attendance corrections and expense claims, assign tasks and maintenance jobs, and review attendance reports for payroll.
PERMISSIONS
Location is used only to verify you are at the venue when you clock in. The camera is used only when you choose to photograph a bill, a maintenance issue or your profile picture. The app does not access your photo gallery.
