About this app

Way2dev POS is a billing app for hotels, restaurants, cafés and bakeries. Take orders, send KOTs to the kitchen, print GST bills and run your staff from one app on your Android phone or tablet. Your data is kept in the cloud, so the owner can check sales from anywhere.

FAST BILLING
• Dine-in, takeaway/parcel and online orders (Swiggy, Zomato) in one screen
• Table view: see free and occupied tables, add items to a running table bill
• Search or tap items, change quantity, add special notes, apply discounts
• Cash, card, UPI and split payments
• Send the bill to the customer on WhatsApp
• Bills are saved on the phone first, so billing continues when the internet drops and syncs when it is back

KITCHEN ORDER TICKETS (KOT)
• KOT prints automatically when the captain or waiter places an order
• Route each item to the right kitchen station
• Kitchen Display Screen (KDS) for kitchens without a printer
• Tick box beside every KOT item for the kitchen

PRINTING
• Bluetooth, USB and LAN (network) thermal printers, 58 mm and 80 mm
• Separate printers for customer bills, KOT and parcel tickets
• Clean, designed tickets with Tamil and English item names
• Fast Print option for slow Bluetooth printers
• Print station mode: a counter phone keeps printing the KOTs other staff send, even while it is showing another app

GST
• Item-wise GST rates with CGST, SGST and IGST shown on the bill
• GST-ready bills and sales reports

MENU AND STOCK
• Categories and items, with prices and GST rates
• Mark items as available or out of stock
• Storeroom stock and expense tracking

STAFF
• Admin, cashier, captain, waiter and kitchen logins, each seeing only what they need
• Staff attendance with QR code check-in
