I’m experiencing significant performance issues with video playback. Despite having a high-speed connection, videos frequently stutter, crackle, or freeze entirely. Attempting to pause, fast-forward, or rewind often causes the app to hang and display a 'no internet connection' error, even though my other high-data apps are working perfectly. Please look into these bugs, as it’s making the app very difficult to use.

I recently completed the Speak Easy course at Speak Easy English Academy, and it has been a truly valuable learning experience for me.Before joining, I had hesitation and a lack of confidence while speaking in English.
