Ratings and reviews

Cannot enable finger print at higher fonts, the toggle button is hidden as goes off the screen. Overall app is trying to do a lot more than a traveler needs. Get a UX reasercher to keep it simple. Too much security - Password for App, Pin for App - Pin for transaction. that's an overload of security.

Very bad experience, app doesn't work properly even with WiFi. Was in need of urgent money and I am unable to login to the app to manage the card limit. Stuck at the same page displaying logo. Moreover, the card is not well secure as no PIN is asked during transaction and also there's no option in app to have it configured. Hope you guys look into this and work out on these ASAP.

Worst app where I can't download statements.The moment i click 'Download statement' i get message saying 'Statement downloaded successfully,yoi can view it from downloads'.But in downloads folder I dont see any statements. Checked multiple times and still same issue. Contacted support team over whatsapp in Feb and they shared my statement in whatsapp.I asked to fix it in app but nothing has changed.
