Seating Plan Studio turns the worst part of planning an event into the easy part. Draw your room to scale, drop in the tables, and place every guest with a tap. No spreadsheets, no paper napkins, no last-minute panic.

FLOOR PLANS THAT MATCH THE REAL ROOM

Set the width and depth in meters and build the space exactly as the venue will look. Drag tables anywhere, snap them to a 0.25 m grid, rotate them to any angle, and duplicate the ones you need again. Round, oval, banquet, square, head table, sweetheart and desk shapes are all built in, and the seats arrange themselves automatically as you change the seat count.

Add the details that make a plan usable on the day: stage, dance floor, bar, buffet, cake table, DJ booth, entrance, gift table, photo booth, plants, screen and teacher desk.

A GUEST LIST THAT KNOWS WHERE IT SITS

Add guests one at a time, paste a whole list, or import a CSV. Sort everyone into groups — family, friends, work, VIP, kids, partner side, staff — each with its own color on the plan. Add a note for dietary needs, accessibility or plus-ones, and lock the guests whose seat must not move.

The live counter always shows how many are seated, how many are still unseated and how many chairs are free, so nobody gets forgotten. Search by name, filter by group, and tap any guest to jump straight to their seat.

AUTO-SEAT

Let the app do the first draft. Auto-Seat fills the room in one tap, keeping groups at the same table and honoring the rules you set. Say "seat these two together" or "keep these two apart" and Auto-Seat respects it — no more awkward tables. Then adjust anything by hand.
