The K-POINT "Step Count" app uses a built-in sensor to record your steps. You can earn points by registering your recorded steps on the K-POINT website. You can also view your calories burned and distance walked based on your step count. Your recorded steps are displayed in a graph. The app is free to use and does not display ads. There are no in-app purchases.
This app may only be registered and used by those who meet the terms of use set by the organization that uses the K-POINT website (health insurance association, local government, etc.). Please note that membership registrations from those who do not meet the terms of use will be canceled.
■About Step Count Measurements are made using the smartphone's built-in pedometer sensor. You can also use Health Connect.
■Calculation Formula for Calories (Calories) Calculated as walking time (h) x METs (an index of physical activity intensity) x weight (kg). If your weight is not set, no value will be displayed. Walking time = distance ÷ 4km/h METs = 3.3 (index for a walking speed of 4km/h) Weight = weight listed in your membership information on the K-POINT website. Example: If you weigh 60kg and take 10,000 steps, your calorie intake will be 346.5 kcal.
■Distance calculation formula Calculated using the same formula as the K-POINT website. 1 step = 70cm.
■Recommended environment Android 10 or higher
