- Chat mode — talk to Pingly directly. Ask it to summarize your inbox, draft a reply, find a gap in your calendar, or catch you up on a topic you follow. It responds like a calm assistant who already read everything so you don't have to.
- Utility mode — a fixed, distraction-free layout for when you're in a hurry: today's summary, reminders, and news in clean, scannable blocks. One tap switches you back to Chat mode whenever you're ready to slow down.
