Furthermore, by reviewing your heart rate and autonomic nervous system performance during each session, you can understand how your body is responding and use this information to explore your own "totonoi" experience! With a premium plan, you can also view detailed data for each session, comparing changes between sessions to more deeply explore your ideal sauna experience!

■ Check your post-sauna sleep quality with numerical values
You can link with Sawatch (SHOWDOWN 1) to automatically sync your sleep data. You can also record any factors that may be affecting your sleep, making it easier to reflect on what's affecting your sleep.
