I can message 1 woman per month being an unpaid member. With the 1 coin. Which is not enough.There is a grey outline in both boxes. So , can't even use it anymore. Update finally can log in. but when I click on profiles they're blacked out. I guess you have to pay to view profiles now. I guess they don't know the purpose of their app. Some of us don't work due to health issues or disabilities. So we can't pay for basic features such as viewing & messaging. Also liking people on our behalf.

Having to pay only using PayPal as the only option is very discouraging. They say they protect your information, but PayPal also was intrusive trying to reconnect, after I quit. My credit card company (Chase) doesn't even do that. They monitor my purchases, and for a purchase like a dating site, I notify them, the purchase is made. No reason to get an additional company, like PayPal to get involved.

System needs to be improved. The company may be in violation to not allow subscribers to cancel by forwarding to list of users. When reading messages they cannot be deleted or existing messages cannot be seen.
