I liked the layout of the app. Everything seemed fine until I dealt with Customer Service when I attempted to send crypto. I tried to send all of one coin and I received an error message. Their CS is supposed to answer in one hour, and they did pretty well at the timing. However, they only gave me arcane things to try, that didn't have anything to do with my issue. No follow-up, no talking through the issue, no real help. Six different reps! They must get rewarded for most emails, not solutions.

EDIT: Bit of a learning curve as evidenced by my previous review. I use this app daily on my phone and laptop and have become much more accustomed to how it functions. The conversion rates are still confusing to me since it's not a straight swap. But overall I'm happy with Atomic Wallet!!! Thanks for responding Dev. ORIGINAL: Not bad, could be better! Love the simple interface and ease of use. Like others posting reviews I find the fees confusing. For example, a straight purchase of USDC / $200 nets me ~$169.78 worth of USDC. The app discloses a 5% service fee or $10 min. I'm not great at math, but this is confusing. My suggestion is to add simple line items below the surcharge disclaimer. I don't doubt the fees are legitimate, but basic fee transparency is essential for any kind of exchange.

Been using Atomic wallet for a little over 6 months now. Great wallet app for a multitude of options. The rates for staking are the best I've seen for a non-custodial wallet app. The only gripe I have with it is the UI is kinda slow and buggy: staked coins will often show a. Zero balance, but this Is easily fixed by switching to another app and switching back, or just waiting. The UI also seems like it could use a good visual overhaul as well. Other than that, I love it!
