I'm having troubles with the app crashing. It loads for a second, then just disappears. Just starting doing this recently. Sometimes restarting my phone helps, but now it just crashes constantly. sometimes, it takes 6 or more times to launch the app before it finally works. most definitely a bug. I'm going start taking stars away from my rating if this isn't resolved soon.

Honestly, the best cold wallet I’ve used. It’s fast, accurate, and super secure. Crypto coverage is huge—it has supported every token I’ve ever needed. The built-in swaps are fast and hassle-free, with rates that are much fairer than sending funds to an exchange. Coming from a Ledger Nano X, this one is far more advanced, secure, and user-friendly. It has met all my expectations, and I highly recommend keeping it on your shortlist if you need a reliable, fast, and portable hardware wallet.

I can't log in to my wallet because it has a bug, and until the developers send a fix for it, I'm apparently locked out of my account. Ok, conclusion. Even after the update, now none of my three cards will scan, I keep getting a message saying "Online Attestation failed" and to try again later well with last week's attempts, and now this week's it's going on two weeks, and I've tried customer support, but my email didn't send it because it said it was an invalid address. I really need help!

Sorry you ran into this. “Online Attestation failed” is usually a connection/CT-check issue, so please update the app, set your phone’s date/time to automatic, and try again without a VPN or proxy. If it still won’t scan, please email us directly at support@tangem.com.
