I haven't been using it very long and it was fine until the last couple weeks. It's constantly saying 'no internet connection. retry.' All of the other 2 billion apps I have on my phone seem to connect fine except for this one. It's irritating. Edit: 10/29/25 After cashing out (which took forever because hey, 'no internet connection'!) and uninstalling/ reinstalling the app twice, it's still saying no internet connection.

Update:3/6/26 Points are now starting at 25. Thank you for changing that. I am constantly having to re-link my reward accounts and my email. I have reached out to customer service about this but they were not very helpful in helping me. So thats why I haven't raised my 2 stars up. Doesn't give you many points. So it takes forever to get a card. Most points I have got for a receipt is 5 points and that's with a few hundred dollars on the receipt.

Terrible customer service! I attempted to cash out, was waiting for the giftcard in my email and nothing. Looked in the app and it said "Rejected" with no explanation and they didn't return my points and it's been days. I've contacted them atleast twice asking to get my points back and asking why it was rejected and nothing so far. Getting rid of this app!
