I've tried reaching out. nothing. The app gives me lots of issues. that's when I can actually login. which is never. The app doesn't give me rewards from my purchases. Or when I sync my Walmart or Amazon, it says no new orders when that day or a few days before, I made many purchases and didn't get rewarded for it.

completed a sign up and withdrawal offer within the app. had to email to get my first initial credit. and then when I did the withdrawal had email again 3 days later of back and forth. still no resolution on the rest of my credits. they want a screenshot with a timestamp of when I did the withdrawal from a secondary app that's not even theirs. I sent the screenshots and was not enough. complete scam. complete bogus. do not complete there. sign up offers because they're not going to pay you

Big uh oh, scanning is absolutely terrible for some reason. It doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or cellular network, I'm waiting a good 20 seconds to a minute for each receipt to submit. If I back out and try again, it goes quickly, but that's another set of steps repeated. Data recognition is also getting worse, where it's failing to recognize clearly printed receipts. While the app is open, it's also causing significant system lag. The program itself is great, but the app is a problem now.
